2. Purpose

These terms regulate access and use of 0filter, a digital card game for groups. By making a purchase, the user fully accepts these terms.

3. Service description

0filter is a digital card game for groups of 3 to 20 players. Each purchase gives access to a complete game of approximately 30 minutes.

Features:

• Immediate access after payment
• Game playable from a single device (the host)
• Access token valid for 24 hours
• Adult content

4. Usage requirements

To use 0filter you must:

• Be over 18 years old
• Have a device with an up-to-date web browser
• Accept these terms and the privacy policy

5. Price and payment

• Price: €1 per game (VAT included)
• Payment method: Credit/debit card via Stripe
• Currency: EUR

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card data on our servers.

6. Delivery

Access to the game is activated immediately after confirming payment. You will receive an access token that will allow you to start the game.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer.

By checking the acceptance box before payment, you acknowledge that:

• Access to digital content is activated immediately
• You expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal

8. Technical operation

• The access token is valid for 24 hours from purchase
• The game must be played from a single device (the host)
• We recommend not refreshing the page during the game
• If you close the browser, you can recover the game if the token is still valid

We do not guarantee operation on outdated browsers or under unstable network conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

The owner shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions due to technical causes beyond their control
• Loss of progress due to accidental browser closure or connection loss
• Improper use of the game by users
• Consequences derived from game content in the social context of the players

10. Intellectual property

0filter, including its design, code, texts and images, is the property of Álvaro Romero Limón. Its reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be effective from their publication on the website. Purchases made are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

12. Partial nullity

If any clause of these terms is declared null, the remaining clauses shall retain their validity.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Alicante, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that corresponds to the consumer under applicable regulations.
