4. Recipients
Your data may be shared with:
- Stripe, Inc. (payment gateway): Processes payment data. Stripe acts as data processor and has its own privacy policies at stripe.com/privacy
- Railway (hosting): Hosts the server. Technical logs may contain IP addresses.
- Sentry (error monitoring): Receives technical device data (browser, OS, error URL) to ensure service stability and security. Data is processed on servers located in Germany (EU). Sentry does not receive names, emails or payment data. More info at sentry.io/privacy
5. International transfers
Stripe, Inc. is headquartered in the United States. Data transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection under the GDPR.
Sentry processes technical monitoring data on servers located in Germany (EU), so no international transfer occurs for this data.
6. Retention period
- Payment data: Managed by Stripe per their retention policy
- Server logs: Maximum 30 days
- Monitoring data (Sentry): Maximum 90 days
We do not maintain our own database with personal information.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights by sending an email to [email protected]:
- Access: Know what data we hold about you
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data
- Objection: Object to certain processing
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured format

0filter is a service exclusively for people over 18. By making a purchase, the user declares under their responsibility to be of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that a minor has accessed the service, we reserve the right to cancel their access. False declaration of age is the sole responsibility of the user or their legal guardians in the case of minors.
